Inclement Weather Backup Plan & Space Assignment

In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony and/or reception space will be assigned by the venue based on guest count, layout requirements, and space availability.

Backup indoor or covered spaces are not pre-selected by the client. All alternative spaces are designated at the discretion of the venue to ensure guest comfort, safety, and operational flow.

The venue will make every reasonable effort to provide an appropriate backup location; however, specific room requests cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability on the event date.

This policy allows the venue to respond efficiently and professionally to weather-related changes while maintaining service standards and timelines.


Weather conditions are beyond the venue’s control and do not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, or contract cancellations.
