With years of experience, our event managers know exactly what it takes to plan and host your wedding. We’ve developed our signature “All-Inclusive Ceremony Wedding Package” which includes everything you’ll need together with some additional extras which come as standard.

Package Components Include:

WEDDING PLANNER

• Facilitate all the ceremony details leading up to your wedding day with our proven wedding planning system. Created by Jodie

• Set up your Personal Wedding Planning Portal and provide you with all of the planning materials needed to plan your wedding

• Create a ceremony timeline and keep it updated as we plan your wedding ceremony

• Book vendors associated with your wedding ceremony

• File the beach wedding notification form with the Town of OC. (The ceremony will take place on 59th Street Ocean Side Beach)

• We will provide you with our Vendor, Hotel Referral List, and Etiquette Guide

• Create and finalize wedding design, decorations, and layouts

• Communicating With Vendors

• Place orders for any added services, such as the florist, your fresh wedding party flowers, rental company for additional chairs

• Manage your invoices and payments

• Communicate with you as needed while planning your wedding ceremony

• Preform your Phone rehearsal

• Finalize all your wedding details are in place for your wedding ceremony

WEDDING CEREMONY COORDINATOR

• Make sure the vision and scheme are executed properly at your wedding ceremony

• Will oversee vendor coordination for your wedding ceremony

• You may add additional chairs for an additional fee of $5 per chair, no delivery and set up fee applies with this package.

SAND UNITY SERVICE

• Service for Two with the Option to add Blending of the Family

• Keepsake Container (glass jar with a lid)

• Choice of two sand colors (you may add more for an additional price of $5 per sand color)

INCLEMENT WEATHER

• Indoor inclement weather space is provided, you will not have to stress the day of your wedding what to do in case of rain.

PARKING & BEACH ACCESS

• Free Parking on 59th Street (if full you and your guest may park in our back parking lot)

• FREE Back-up Parking lot to avoid your guest from the hassle of finding parking.

• Handicap access to the beach, most dune entrances are very loose sand making it hard for older or handicapped guests to enter the beach. 59th Street is a handicap-accessible beach allowing much easier access for beach wheelchairs and walkers.

HOTEL & LODGING

• We work with Hotels and Venues that will offer Room Block for you and your Guest, in walking distance from the beach.

• We will Provided a list and the contact person once you have booked your wedding with BBB

This payment starts your planning and reserves your date and time.
